Deliveries and Returns

We ship to Italy, Europe, and the United States.
Estimated delivery times are:

• Italy: 2–3 business days
• Europe: 5 business days
• United States: 10 business days

Delivery times are approximate and, in any case, orders will be delivered within 30 days from purchase.

When your order arrives, we recommend checking that the package is in good condition. If the parcel shows visible signs of damage or tampering, please accept it with reservation and contact us as soon as possible.

Where available, you can also choose delivery to a pickup point or in-store pickup, depending on the options shown at checkout.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason, by contacting the seller within this period.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are accepted for product exchange only, and no refunds will be issued. The item must be returned unused, in perfect condition, complete with its original packaging, accessories, labels, and tags, to the address provided by the seller. Once the return has been received and inspected, we will proceed with the exchange, subject to product availability.
